As a coach, I am passionate about transmuting limiting beliefs and negative patterns into fuel for transformation and creation. I love turning ambiguity on its head, making it a playground of innovation, guiding clients to rediscover joy through creation and turning questions into future oriented challenges and projects. I do all of this using a combination of traditional coaching and the use of the ancient arts of Zen, Alchemy, Weaving, Exploring, the Enneagram, Horse Wisdom, Heart Wisdom and Somatic coaching.
