Antonio (Tony) has extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He served in diverse managerial positions in plant and project engineering, plant management, and quality assurance operations. Before he retired from Bayer, he directed the QA Sterile Disposable Operations for Bayer Medical Devices; a company specialized in infuser devices for imaging procedures. In addition to his current duties, Tony served as an internal Leadership and Team Coach at Bayer US LLC.
Tony received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Univ. of Puerto Rico, Engineering School, and completed requirements for an MBA at the Univ. of PR, Graduate School of Business.
He also trained as a professional coach at Duquesne University, School of Leadership and Professional Advancement, where he received his Professional Coach Certification (ICF ATCP program).
Tony has a PCC credential from ICF and a Team Coaching Assessor from TCI.
