Biography
With over 20 years in leadership of Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Building Teams, and Marketing with well-known companies, including Dell, Oracle, and Xerox Corporation, Edward grew into an established Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all these key areas. However, Edward, or Eddie as he likes to be called, didn’t just work for these companies; he was a thought leader who consistently led the closings of multi-million-dollar contracts.
A little more about Eddie and his career; he attended Oklahoma State University, gained his B.S. Degree in Marketing, and his M.B.A. is from Oklahoma City University. But, as a second-generation Hispanic and the first person in his family to graduate from a University, Eddie knew more success was expected of him. Leveraging his tenacious work ethic, integrity, salesmanship, leadership, and customer experience focus, Eddie grew steadily and often more quickly than his colleagues to greater challenges, accountabilities, and business and personal success.
Eddie’s success originated from the foundational values and business skills he gained while working in his family’s restaurant business. This entrepreneurial experience provided an ideal environment of continuous learning for professional and personal growth. It taught him all aspects of setting and achieving goals. Eddie also learned to motivate and inspire others to be their best, assess and solve problems, and pursue and harness opportunities.
Eddie achieved his ICF International Coach Federation certification, the only globally recognized credential
program for professional coaches through UC Davis. His coaching evokes awareness of an individual’s strengths,
how to maximize them, and an individual’s weaknesses and how to mitigate them. While Eddie was successful in business, he always knew he had a passion for helping others to succeed, as he has, through coaching, mentoring, and teaching as an Adjunct Professor, what he has learned over the years. In addition, he is a compassionate listener and has a keen sense of facilitating leadership growth. From a career as an individual contributor to an executive leader, Eddie has gained the experience and insight to lead others to
rival the success he has achieved.
