Program: Mission Capital Next Level Leadership Academy

Dates: March 3 – May 29, 2020

Commitment:  5 (five) hours of pro bono coaching to a NLLA participant. Exact dates to be negotiated by coach and client

2020 is ICF Austin’s fifth year partnering with Mission Capital to offer pro bono coaching to Next Level Leadership Academy (NLLA) participants. NLLA students are mid-career nonprofit professionals from various local non-profit organizations who are ready to grow their ability to lead social change and better understand their role. The class will meet three times between March 3 and May 29.  ICF Austin offers pro-bono coaching to requesting students as they as they participate in this training.

Volunteers must be a current member of ICF, a graduate or current student of an ICF-approved training program and have at least one year of experience as an ICF-trained coach (this can include coach training).
