1.0 Core Competencies

Burnout was recognized by the World Health Organization as a threat to workers in 2019 - one year BEFORE the pandemic. The stresses of 2020 only made that worse. In this workshop you will learn how to (1) distinguish between burnout and worn out, (2) create a fundamental shift in mindset that is necessary in order to combat burnout, (3) use a simple tool to assess where you or your clients are in relation to burnout, and (4) how to use small experiments to combat burnout.

  • Zoom Call - You will receive the link in your confirmation email.

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings.

  • ICF Local (Austin) Members and Affiliates - FREE
