Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with a Conversation with Hispanic/Latino Coaches

About the Event

As the Hispanic/Latino community now stands as the largest population group in Texas, the ICF Greater Austin Chapter celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month 2023 with an enriching dialogue by a dedicated panel of Latino leadership coaches to help us expand our knowledge on the fastest growing sector of our country’s population. The panel will shine a light on the intricate weave of experiences, strengths, contributions, and challenges that uniquely position Hispanic Latino professionals in the corporate world nowadays. We’ll discuss important cultural values and narratives that will help us understand better this important sector of our population. Further, we will also explore how culturally competent coaching can serve as a transformative tool, tailored to amplify the voices and aspirations of this vibrant community and join its efforts to achieve equal representation and outcomes.
