Join fellow ICF Austin coaches for a dynamic, peer-level workshop designed to stretch and refine your coaching mastery while deepening community connections through the art of storytelling.

Using a powerful story exchange model, this session invites you to explore your growth edge with intention, working through advanced applications of ICF competencies. Through guided reflection, authentic dialogue, and empathic listening, you’ll engage with nuanced practices such as presence, deep listening, and evoking awareness—cultivating insights that can transform how you meet your clients in complex moments.

Come prepared to share and exchange transformative stories with peers who bring a breadth of coaching experience. You’ll gain fresh perspectives on your own practice while contributing to the collective wisdom of our chapter. Whether your focus is honing advanced coaching skills or strengthening professional relationships, this session offers a uniquely human pathway to deepen both your presence and your impact as a coach.
