Cancellations
ICF Austin reserves the right to cancel a program or event for any reason and to refund fees paid directly to ICF Austin by registrants for that program.

Refunds

The payment of fees represents a commitment to your participation in a program or event. It is the policy of ICF Austin to not issue refunds by default.

When a member cancels an event without reasonable notice, they prevent another member from participating in an event. Therefore, the chapter's policy is to offer a full refund when the request for refund is made 7 days or more from the event date. A request made less than 7 days from the event date will be denied. No refund will be made without confirmed cancellation 7 days or prior to the event.

How to Cancel a Registration

Login to icfaustin.org. Click on your profile (the upper right corner person icon). Under profile, select "my event registration". Select the event you wish to cancel and select cancel.

Sponsorship Refunds
The payment of sponsorshp fees represents a commitment to purchase sponsorship packages, sponsorship of an event, or advertising. It is the policy of ICF Austin to not issue any refunds under any circumstances whatsoever. If an event you are sponsoring is cancelled, your sponsorship will be transfered to another event.
