Biography
My name is Deanna Couras Goodson. I am a certified and credentialed health coach, speaker and writer. I am also a bariatric badass and a warrior. I love to help others and am passionate about making change, personally and professionally. I specialize in weight issues having had two bariatric surgeries in my life. I have lost over 180 lbs to date (still losing) and I can help others overcome emotional overeating and make major transformations in their health and lives.
I can (and do) help people transform, make changes and awarenesses emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I am also an intuitive coach and can help you access your own intuition. My niche is constantly evolving as I tune into what my clients need most.
