ACMP and ICF Partnership:

Building a re-imagined future

Re-Imagine managing leaders as LEADER-COACHES and prepare them to lead through change and not just through the next project. Can you imagine it? How would that impact the sustainability of change? The program sponsor and program designer get real about the challenges, wins, and the wavering points experienced while delivering leadership development virtually to 65 participants in 3 countries and 4 time zones during a pandemic.

Learn how the CHRO of VertexOne, an IT organization, led the charge of breaking the pattern of setting aside leadership development when things got tough and sparked the change that bridged the gap between how leadership development once was and the vision of what it could be at VertexOne.

The session facilitators provide a behind-the-scenes tour that reveals how a year-long leadership development program launched, stayed on the strategic agenda, and thrived despite the pandemic. Hear first-hand what it took to keep leadership development a company priority amidst what some have called the most significant disruptor that the current workforce has ever encountered.
