Kim Carpenter is a global speaker, trainer and executive leadership coach specializing in helping people make difficult changes. Kim has lived in 7 countries, has started and grown several businesses in the high tech and personal development industries, and even recreated her career from advertising executive to master coach. Kim is a member of the International Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach U's Advanced Coach Training Program. Trained in Conversational Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Advanced Communication Skills, Business Turnarounds and Entrepreneurship, Kim has worked with hundreds of clients worldwide. She is also the founder of World Changing Women(tm), a support ecosystem for female leaders on the cutting edge of business evolution, and People At The Center(tm), a boutique coaching and consulting firm dedicated to creating thriving company cultures.
