Kelley Russell-DuVarney, MA, PCC is an executive coach, facilitator, speaker, and lifelong learner who believes that each individual has untapped potential to leverage toward reaching their big goals. A former New Englander, she credits the northeastern culture for her pragmatic approach and direct communication and her family and friends for her eternal optimism. She delights in watching her too often problem-focused clients quickly shift their perspectives to embrace opportunity-seeking refrains while increasing their own personal and professional fulfillment. She is unique in her relentless interest in academic research that supports her clients’ desires to meet and exceed objectives. Kelley is a Fellow Member at the Institute for Coaching at McClean Hospital, a Harvard University affiliate, as well as the Past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) –Greater Austin Chapter.
