Biography
Fred Richardson is a principal at CI International. Mr. Richardson’s clients include the Department of Defense, FDIC, Federal Reserve, Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Navy, Natural Resource Conservation Service, USDA Forest Service, and the Federal Executive Institute, as well as corporate and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining CI International he served as a program manager and subject matter expert at Booz Allen Hamilton in the field of leadership and organizational development. His core areas of expertise include executive education and coaching, assessments, facilitation, change management, and strategic planning.
At Booz Allen Mr. Richardson managed several leadership development engagements for a range of clients including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, VA Learning University, OPM, EPA, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also managed change management initiatives and strategic planning engagements for clients including the SEC, USDA Forest Service, EPA, NPS, Navy, Department of the Interior, and NASA. Mr. Richardson served as the manager of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Leadership Development Community of Practice and as an adjunct instructor for the Booz Allen Hamilton Learning & Development program. He is a co-editor of "Building a 21st Century SES," a collection of essays on revitalizing the Federal Senior Executive Service, which was published in March 2017 by the National Academy of Public Administration.
