Mind-Body Coaching Skills

Leading Edge Tools for Client (and Coach) Transformation

Today’s best coaches are always on the lookout for creative new ways to successfully support clients with their change process while also developing themselves as professionals. The discipline of Mind-Body Medicine, while often misunderstood, offers a variety of  science-backed tools that can successfully do just that. Client capability and benefits of Mind-Body tools can include: Clearing mental clutter; awakening awareness; exploring and dealing with emotions;  self-exploration; and insightful problem-solving.

Join Dr. Char Conlin as she blends a bit of the science and efficacy around Mind-Body medicine with a plethora of practical and pragmatic experiential breakouts on several of the different coaching tools. Potential tools include: Imagery, Mindfulness, Emotional Check-In, and basic Biofeedback.

Participants will walk away with:

a) An understanding of Mind-Body Medicine and its efficacy and

b) A Mind-Body tool kit for future self and client use.
