Transcending Fears Through Increased Self-Mastery

“One can have no smaller or greater mastery than mastery of oneself.”
―
Leonardo da Vinci

Speaking to our strengths at a moments notice is no easy feat for most of us. We often find ourselves searching for the right words while simultaneously struggling to string them together coherently. Some of this difficulty stems from being fearful that we may appear to be boasting, or lacking in some area. Yet others among us simply lack the confidence to speak to their own greatness. Have you ever stopped and wondered why?

“Self-efficacy is the most powerful predictor of behaviors…”―Albert Bandura, Professor of Psychology, Standford University

For some of us, we have become comfortable relying on the written representation of our greatness with the hope that it will say for us what we are uncomfortable saying out loud to others. Yet, according to new research from the University of Chicago, overly relying on written words, whether through email or websites to convey authentic meaning may be a mistake. Written words appear to have substantially less impact and leave readers feeling less connected than when the same words are spoken out loud. Might you be hiding behind your technology to deliver your message for you?

During our interactive workshops we invite you to reconnect to the strength of messaging that emanates from the unique combination of experiences, skills, values, and knowledge that are unequivocally a distinct brand. We will coach you to look beneath the surface at potential underlining fears in an effort to dissipate the powerful hold they can have on your ability to be as successful as you would like. Through this process, speaking confidently about one’s exceptional potential becomes a natural extension of our deeper truths. Our cutting-edge curriculum provides the space for you to begin drawing the line back to your best self.
