Register Today for the ICF Spring In-Person Mastermind

We invite ICF-Greater Austin Global and Local chapter members the opportunity to participate in this spring’s professional mastermind opportunity. Our mastermind groups meet every other week for 12-weeks for a total of 6 meetings, and each meeting runs approximately 1.5-hours in length. In order to participate, we request a commitment from each member to attend at least 5 of the 6 meetings. Both groups require a minimum of 3 participants and have a maximum of 6 participants along with 2 coach member facilitators. Each participant will receive a certificate for 3 Core Competency Credits and 6 Resource Credits and this opportunity is offered to you free as part of your ICF Global and Local memberships. In the case the mastermind fills, you may register your name to the wait-list and you may be contacted if there is an opening due to a cancelled registration.

Purpose: This Mastermind format is focused on Professional Coach Development and provides a forum for brilliant thinking around the topic(s) each coach brings weekly to the Mastermind process. We believe that an ICF local chapter Mastermind opportunity not only strengthens our own coaching community but also improves our effectiveness as coaches and thus greater positive regard in our communities.

Benefits: You will dramatically increase your chances of resolving your coaching topic as well as possibly saving yourself time, energy, money and aggravation. You will receive support, encouragement, and feedback from proactive, objective people who are invested in your success and uphold a code of confidentiality. You will increase your connection to your community of ICF coaches.

Testimonial: “The MasterMind process has been an amazing journey for me. It inspired me to be curious and humble in offering my questions to my colleagues, knowing they had all the answers they needed to resolve their questions. I felt delighted with the openhearted inquiry from my colleagues to more deeply explore my own aspirations and obstacles. And I felt proud to be in the company of professionals with such a high level of integrity, purpose, and accomplishment.”
