EVENT DESCRIPTION

As coaches, we help clients face their fears, but what about ours—those silent, insidious doubts that stealthily permeate our own decisions, strategies, and businesses? How do we dismantle our apprehensions and reconstruct a fearless approach to not only uplift those we coach but also authentically elevate our own practices and lives? Together, let’s delve into and demystify our own fears.

Our October Chapter theme is Fear! The ICF Austin Chapter meeting will focus on how fear and how it shows up in our businesses and lives.

Alexis McCloskey, The Tough Love Coach. Life and Business Energetics Coach

Alexis is a self proclaimed tough love coach who helps ADHD entrepreneurs and CEOs take their business from over complicated and stressful to fun and simple. She’s been coaching for over a decade and loves to bring her authentic personality to her coaching and social media and doesn’t want to follow any of the rules of how a coach should be. If you need help with perfectionism, procrastination, being a workaholic, and over complicating business, she’s your girl. She likes to find the unconscious roadblocks to your goals and help you gain clarity so you can take control of what you want.
