Business Alliance Director

Key Responsibilities

Actively meet with Greater Austin institutions, for profit, non-profit and government entities to extend the reach of the ICF Coaching Brand for the benefit of members and the community.

Gather feedback from business leaders to inform board decisions and to expand chapter opportunities in Central Texas.

Work with other board members as needed to help facilitate chapter events on an as needed basis.

Growth Opportunities

Create an annual workshop or event where leaders can experience coaching and become more educated about:

External vs. internal coaches

Coaching credentials

Coach directory (local and global)

Coach training

Commentary on Position

This position was established to provide our local ICF Chapter with an individual who would provide outreach to for profit, non-profit, and government institutions to both inform and educate about professional coaching, and to assist the board in helping to establish new ways of reaching people and companies in need of coaches.

• Must be an ICF Global member and ICF Austin Chapter member in good standing
• Have a genuine interest in the mission of the organization
